Staff is always professional and kind, it’s clean, and the Veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable! We just got a puppy and they gave us a puppy bag with free flea and tick meds, heart guard, and so much more. Highly recommend this vet to anyone looking.

Monett Veterinary Hospital has been caring for our pets since we moved to Monett.

They clearly care about our dog and cat. They provide the best care and also take your financial ability to pay in helping to make realistic decisions on medical care.They experienced the death of a senior dog and cat with us. They were caring and sensitive in our experience. They respected our decision on the right time to euthanize. Those are moments you don’t forget.

As a pet owner and breeder I feel awesome bringing my fur babies to Monett veterinary Hospital.

The staff and doctors show a lot of care and compassion. The follow up calls the next day show they really care. We recently had to have our senior dog put to sleep and it was heartbreaking to our family. The staff were caring and even sent us a condolence card. It meant alot. Highly recommend these folks.

Had a sick rescue kitten called them in the morning and they was able to see him the same day.

They were quick, explained everything throughly and kept us up to date the whole way. They let us know costs up front before they ran tests or prescribed meds. I will definitely both recommend and be coming back for any future pet needs.

Monett Vet hospital is amazing.

We did monthly membership boarding with them for our puppy until he turned 1 so that he could socialize and learn manners in a safe and friendly environments. Our puppy still goes twice a week even though he doesn't need it. He loves it so much.Excellent care and they truly understand how much we love our cats and dogs. They've helped us with our pets from ages of just days old to an 18 year old. We've faced difficulties health challenges with our pets and Monett Vet Hospital has helped us through it. Their medical care and knowledge is tremendous and we appreciate them so much.

It was so nice taking our dog and not having to bring everything as food and bedding is provided making it extra convenient. Kennels are very nice and clean. Staff is also very courteous and caring. And one of the best vets we have found in the area.

We have been using Erin and her amazing team since we first got our pup Finn in 2021- and they have been nothing short of top notch!Finn happens to be allergic to a multitude of items, including grass and most dog food! 😆MVH has done great with his care plan, finding food and medicine that works for him and for his lifestyle. I always appreciate how the team and Erin listen to our concerns as well rather than just telling us that’s how it is.We also have loved using the boarding in the past and the care he’s received there!There won’t be another vet we use for Finn or any future fur babies, thank you guys for all you do!

We had been battling with the head shaking and licking, tried all the advertised gimmicks and other vets with no luck...

until we took our big boy to Monnett Vet Hospital...after carefully listening to us, they fixed the problem! One visit! My dog is comfortable and happy and we are all getting a good night's sleep! And they clipped his nails without injury or sedation. Love these people! Thank you so much!

For approximately 40 years we have taken our 4 different dogs to the Monett Veterinary Hospital for their care.

We have been so thankful for being able to have such excellent care from the staff and Doctors for our pets. We would proudly reccomend them to anyone who needs a good veterinarian and care for any of their pets.

The people were all really friendly and they were very considerate of our needs and concerns.

They explained everything to where we understood everthing. Also explained the medication that we were given and the directions on how to give it. I would very much recommend them for all ur pet needs.

Whenever I have an urgent matter, they are able to get my pup in the same day. They are diligent, kind, considerate, quick service, and records are organized. A great place to take your pup!

My outdoor cat had a batch of kittens, brought when in when I noticed it had a botfly larvae.

Got great help and an antibiotic shot, and scheduled first shots and spay/neutering for all the kittens. They made it really easy!

The staff at MVH have taken extremely good care of my cat over the years. I cannot recommend them enough when it comes to your pet's health and needs. Thank you MVH!

They were so nice and very professional, and answered all of my questions. They took the best care of my dog when we had to amputate one of his legs. After he came home they called to check on him to see how he was doing. If you need a vet, this is the place to go!!! They are the best!!!

Our dogs have both loved going to boarding at MVH!

Recently we had to euthanize our 15 year old Bassett and Dr. Erin went in after hours to help us. She is very kind and caring and we wouldn’t take our animals anywhere else!

Our 7 month old Boston Terrier, Biskit, experienced some issues following surgery and everyone at Monett Veterinary Hospital could not have been more accommodating. Biskit received excellent care and they made sure he was fully recovered before we brought him home. Thank you MVH !!

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary office and Dr. Erin.

When my dog became critically ill, the entire team acted quickly andcompassionately. It turned out she had eaten a foreign object and was in very serious condition. Dr. Erin performed emergency surgery to remove the debris and quite literally saved her life.My dog then remained hospitalized for two weeks, during which she received exceptional care and constant monitoring. The staff kept me informed, reassured, and supported throughout an incredibly stressful time. Dr. Erin is a phenomenal veterinarian—skilled, dedicated, and truly caring. I am beyond grateful for everything they did and highly recommend this office to anyone who wants the very best care for their pets.

I can not rave enough about how incredibly fantastic Dr Black, and Dr Erin are.

Their knowledge and expertise literally saved our fur baby. We had to visit Monett from South FL for an event and unexpectedly had to tote our 80 lbs extremely sick Labradoodle that was just released from emergency care, with little to no issue explanation of his diagnosis. We spent over $4,000 in FL and little info. We made the cross country trip as quickly as possible with a quarantined appointment with DR Black once we arrived. Instantly she took action, assured us we could safely take our baby home and return the next morning with a diagnosis and continued treatment plan that instantly began to reverse our baby back to his usual self. We could not be more thankful for their quick action but mostly their knowledge and experience. They have continued to assist with shipping medications to us back in S. Florida. I can personally guarantee you are in the best hands at this clinic and the cost is as fair as humanly possible. ❤️

They kept her comfortable with boarding and were great after our dog needed additional unexpected medical care while at their facility. Above and beyond on getting her in last minute for boarding, getting her needed shots to board and also medical care! Will use again when we come thru the area from KC!!

We took our dog to Monett Veterinary Hospital when his leg swelled while on vacation.

He has bad allergies and at first we thought it was an allergic reaction. After a day I sent a picture of his leg and was contacted by the Dr. to bring him back in. She was able to find a hole on his foot where he had been bitten by something venomous, we assume a spider. Dr, Erin changed the plan of attack. She asked me to continue to send pics. After 5 days she was able to remove a large dead portion of skin and tissue from his leg. They used state of the art techniques to promote growth of new tissues. I truly believe that most vets would have removed his leg, but Dr. Erin and all the techs were able to save his leg. He also loves going to see all of his friends there. We are still doing weekly visits for cleaning and bandage changes, but we are now loyal customers because of the compassion and care of all the staff at Monett Veterinary Hospital.

Cannot say enough about this place.

We had an emergency with our 4 month old German Shepherd puppy.

My husband accidentally ran over her foot with his truck. We called 4 vets within 30 miles of us and no one would see her, not even the vet we normally use. Dr. Erin agreed to fit us in as soon as we could get there. She was wonderful with our dog and someone even followed up with us the next day. Fortunately, nothing broken. Yay!

We have an older dog that has advanced cancer in his jaw and the first vet didn’t offer anything to make his life more comfortable so we sought out a second opinion and are so thankful that we did because Monett Vet Hospital was incredible and knew right away what to do to help with his pain, lack of appetite and lethargy. It wasn’t even a few hours after giving Pico the meds they suggested before he had an appetite, energy and was acting like he was in much less pain. We have five dogs and they will all be going here from now on! We are so thankful we found them.

I have taken my dog, Polly, here for many years and I can’t say enough good things about them.

From yearly exams and vaccines, to seasonal ear infections, and a surgery to remove a mast cell tumor, they have always been extremely kind, understanding, and gentle with my anxious dog. They truly care about what they do and it shows in how they treat their patients.

I took my dog there for a second opinion about her limping and was very relieved with the help they suggested rather than doing surgery like my other vet recommended. They got me in quick. I highly recommend them.

Big open space for exercise when left overnight. Good communication and they managed expectations well. The only (minor) negative i can come up with is they didn't let us back with our pet when they treated him. That was an unusual experience based on our own history with other veterinarians. I can truly say that Dr Erin Carnes and Memory saved my girls life! I was scared to death with the emergency that happened with her and even more worried about her survival with the surgery that was needed. Memory talked with me thru my tears and explained everything and reassured me they do these surgerie quite often and that everything would be ok, which meant the world when you're so scared. If it was not for them coming in after hours and doing her surgery- my precious old lady Lola (large breed, age 11) would not be with us today! Their staff is amazing and I will always suggest them to anyone! I trust their judgement, advice and I never hesitate to leave Lola in their care if it's ever needed. Wonderful people and I'm forever grateful for the extra time they gave us with our sweet angel girl! Thank you ladies and staff, from the bottom of my heart!

Our cat, Penny, wasn't doing well for the past week or two.

She didn't have a dedicated vet, but MVH was able to get her in the same day I called them and was able to determine that she was in the late stages of kidney failure, so we decided to have her put to sleep instead of her suffering until she passed away. MVH was very caring and accommodating with us and letting us have plenty of time to say our goodbyes. Thank you MVH.

However, I can’t think of a better place for it to happen than near Monett Veterinary Hospital! Not only did they do the exam in the car, but they did it in the rain. We were on our way to Cassville, Mo. and I called and made him the appointment. They got us taken care of and in and out. We had an emergency where my mom's dog was hit by a car. The vet came in on a Sunday to help us and do a splint plus a lot more. He was amazing.

This place is awesome!!! The dogs can get everything they need here including a room for the night.

Only place I trust with my fur babies, especially my Brachycephalic breeds!

They did all of my bulldogs soft palate and snare surgeries there's no vet in this state that is better with this breed. Their prices are beyond words amazing they truly care about animals and make it easy for you to take care of them. They are the only place I know of that breathe for them while under surgery which is huge! They are hands down the best.

Every one is so friendly, they treat your sweet fur babies like they were their own.

They take their time and explain all the procedures that was given, and answer all questions you might have. Very highly recommend 🐾🐾🐾

We have been with them since 2021. Deets has been very vocal, has separation anxiety and a jumper-climber. A rescued puppy. Very loveable after he can trust you. They have always been respectful to us especially when we're in our golden years and not the best informed dog parents. Like us he has arthritis and inflammation so we do our walks , he stretches, and if he's ahead of us he always stops and looks back at us, making sure that we're coming often with a look to say "pick up the pace".Like us we all need to lose weight andLoves a treat when we all do a good job.The staff makes you feel like family andThey're truly trusting and love your pets!!Really nice, clean and have used boarding. I love coming to this veterinary clinic; not only because it is so close to my home but because the staff here are always so friendly and welcoming when you get in. I bring my cats here for annual checkups/shots every year. When we first got our little calico girl, this clinic helped us realize that she had round worm and without their help, she probably wouldn’t have made it. I would recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone in Monett or the surrounding areas!
